Refund Policy

At Glamly, we put a lot of care and transparency into formulating our skincare products, and we hope you love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return or replacement process as easy as possible for you.

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is expired

In any of the cases mentioned above, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement request. You can do this by sending an email to Theglamly@gmail.com.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate the Request:
    Please email us at Theglamly@gmail.com with the details of the issue, including your order number, a description of the problem, and any photos (if applicable).
  2. Review Process:
    We will review your request within 48 hours. Once your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup through our courier partner. Our team will contact you to arrange the pickup from your address.
  3. Verification & Refund:
    Upon receiving the returned product, our service team will inspect the item to verify the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will process your refund within 24 hours.

Important Notes

  • No return requests will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of damaged or expired products, we ask that you send us clear photos showing the condition of the product for quick resolution.
